WMNS standard switchgear is suitable for power supply systems with AC 50HZ and rated working voltage of 660V and below, widely used in power generation, petroleum, chemical, metallurgical and other places. Compliant with IEC60439-1, GB7251.1 and related standards.
1. The cabinet frame is a modular structure, and the skeleton is assembled from C-shaped profiles, making assembly efficient and fast;
2. The structural components are assembled with high-strength self tapping screws with a modulus of E=25mm, which have strong versatility and flexible assembly throughout the entire process;
3. Steel plates or high-strength flame-retardant plastic functional boards are used to separate each functional compartment from each other, effectively preventing short circuits in busbars and branch lines, or accidents such as arcing caused by switch component failures from causing damage to adjacent compartments;
4. The panel is produced using cold-rolled steel plates and the surface is coated with electrostatic spraying technology. The cabinet frame and internal components can be made of cold-rolled steel plates (galvanized) or aluminum coated zinc plates;
5. The main busbar can be placed behind the cabinet or on top, which is flexible and versatile;
6. Drawer cabinets can be divided into side outgoing and rear outgoing modes, and isolation boards can be divided into two types: full functional boards and semi functional boards. The height of the drawer installation area is 1800mm, and the maximum vertical current can reach 1000A;
7. All types of drawers have three positions for connection, testing, and separation, with clear markings, ensuring safety and reliability.
